Random Scribblings 1- Population Regulation

So a few nights ago, I set a timer for ten minutes and just scribbled down whatever and it ended up pretty good if I do say so myself. I decided to start a series on here called Random Scribblings in case anyone is interested in reading my stuff. Okay, without further ado, here is the first random scribbling!

I stare at the sign, open mouthed in shock. Beside me, Anna shakes her head, and Thomas' eyes are glazed over. I re-read the notice and a wave of nausea rolls over me.

All firstborn children shall hereby be executed.

Me. That stupid notice applies to me, since I'm the oldest of three. Out of all my friends, I'm the only firstborn. The words hit me like a bunch of bricks; that's it, I'm going to be executed.

Suddenly, I realize that I don't want to die. I never got to go to college, get married, or anything of the sort. I'm only fifteen! Fifteen for God's sake. I'm going to be killed, all because of some stinking population regulation thing placed by the government.

Suddenly, I'm filled with a feeling of defiance. I don't want to die, so I won't. I won't.

Oooookay. So that was short and everything but I literally scribbled it down in ten minutes, so...

Easy Photo Editing for Instagram

Hey everybody! Maddie here! Today, I decided to show you all how to take an ordinary photo and turn it into something extraordinary!

Okay, that was kind of cheesy. My point is, people like seeing something different in their Instagram feed. So here is how I took an average photo and turned it into my most liked post ever.

I started with this average photo of miss Annabeth (Caroline)'s curls. While it still looks nice, I thought it was still kind of boring.

See what I mean? There are soooooo many photos like this that I've seen, so I wanted to jazz it up a little. So I went into Afterlight (it's $.99 but sooooo worth it) and I put a filter on it, then I took the original photo again and put a different filter. I also took the original photo.

Once that was done, I opened up picsart (free app that can do everything!) and I made a collage with the three photos. Here is the result.

See? People want to see new stuff, so be creative with your editing apps and have fun!

DFTBA!

Doll Name Suggestions?

hey everyone! Christmas is coming up soon and I am asking for a new doll. It's going to be a surprise on the one I'm getting but I don't have a name for her! I have a few ideas so I'll put some pictures of dolls here (please note that I'm only getting one of them, the others are there so that it can be a surprise for all of you).

Okay, so my first idea is Annabeth Chase because the doll has blonde hair and will most likely have a personality similar to the Percy Jackson character's. She doesn't share a huge resemblance, but right now that is my top name. I just need a middle name.

My second idea is Luna Lovegood because she does sort of look like Luna. I would just need a middle name. Tell me your ideas!
